Sociology focuses the study of human relationship. It finds out how people live and work together. It investigates what happens when people takes job, got married, join organizations, or deals with each other in a number of ways. Specialists who take career in sociology are called Sociologists. They learn about the causes of individual or group problems and ways of solving them. They also apply their skills in trying to predict situations where similar problems will occur. Sociologist areas of studies include propaganda, peace and war, health and diseases, Housing needs, consumer relations, city problems, public relations , personnel counseling, public attitude, industrial and labour relations and labour problems
SOCIAL WORKER WITH GOVERNMENT, PRIVATE OR N.G.O. Graduates of sociology can be employed as social worker either by the government, private agencies or non-governmental organizations.
Social workers work with people and families to support them through difficult times and ensure that vulnerable people including children and adults are safeguarded from harm.
